Raquel Vilardebo Dawson, C.P.A., the managing partner, joined the firm in 1974. Throughout the years "Rocky" has developed our small business department. Her expertise is in guiding small business owners in today's complex business and regulatory environment. Her experience and knowledge have made her a valuable asset to many South Florida business owners.

Steven R. Rosenbaum, C.P.A. joined the firm in 1992. Steve's previous experience includes serving as manager for a national accounting firm's small business services department in New York City. His background exposed him to many complicated financial and tax issues for a wide range of clients, in many different industries. As a Certified Fraud Examiner (C.F.E.), Steve has extensive experience in the litigation support arena, including expert witness testimony and exposure to some on South Florida's largest Frauds over the last 15 years. Steve is also qualified as a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning (C.S.E.P.).

Cynthia S. Sobel, C.P.A., along with Martin Sobel, C.P.A. merged with the firm effective October 1, 2006. Working closely with her father, "Cindy" has assisted in litigation and business valuation matters. With 25 years of accounting experience, Cindy has brought a vast and wide range of knowledge and experience in many different areas of accounting.

Keith K. Rinehard, C.P.A. joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner on October 1, 2007. Keith assists many of our clients with business and tax planning services. Using his vast experience, he acts as an outside Chief Financial Officer for the firm's clients and their principals.

Martin Sobel, C.P.A.,(retired in 2009) along with Cynthia S. Sobel, C.P.A., merged with the firm effective October 1, 2006. Before merging with the firm, he was the President of and senior partner in the firm Sobel, Glackman & Sobel, P.A. located in Miami, Florida. His experience spans over 55 years, starting as a C.P.A. in Pennsylvania in 1950 and then relocating to South Florida in 1960. His speciality is forensic accounting, divorce litigation, business valuations, and mediation. Marty's knowledge and experience is a valuable addition to the firm. He has lectured extensively on divorce litigation.
The South Florida Legal Guide of 2006 credits him as the "
founder of the litigation support field" in the Greater Miami area.
